I was using this coveted "me" time to work on the next installment of my "Alley" series paintings. Mike was lounging, playing on the I-Pad. He started playing some love songs (From this Moment, Brown-Eyed Girl), but I didn't think much of it. Then out of the corner of my eye I see him kneeling down and pulling a ring out. I was speechless for a good 2 minutes. I never actually thought the day would come. My dream guy had finally proposed! It was such a beautiful gesture of his love. We celebrated with a movie night and dinner at the Keg!
